When Travis Coon and Jaime Fitzgerald visited Richmond American's Sheffield community, they said they had looked at several other houses, but had yet to find the one that felt like home.
"We'd been searching for a house for a while, but not too seriously," said Coon, who works as a superintendent for a carpentry company. "We drove by Sheffield and decided to stop in. We ended up loving the Fall floor plan; the layout fits our lifestyle perfectly. Jaime's mom lives with us, so the downstairs bedroom was perfect, and the upstairs bonus room is great for Jace, who's 6."

"We were really impressed with the quality," Fitzgerald said, "and the price was great. The amount of home and the square footage you get for your money is definitely impressive."
The Fall floor plan at Sheffield is priced from the $280,000s.
The two-story home includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 1,600 square feet.
Options include a fourth bedroom and third bath on the main floor, and bonus room upstairs which adds 288 square feet.
"This is my first home," Fitzgerald said, "and I've been really happy with everything. For me, the most exciting part was picking out our options at the Home Gallery."
Interested home buyers can visit Sheffield and tour a model of the Fall, as well as three other floor plans.
The homes are from Richmond American's Seasons Collection, distinguished by a courtyard layout with four houses to a cul-de-sac.
Priced from the $250,000s is the Spring, a 1,350-square-foot home with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The Summer and the Winter are both priced from the $260,000s, offering three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
