The Beaumont neighborhood features floor plans from the Seasons Collection -- Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall.

Priced from the $280,000s, the 1,350-square-foot Spring includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The main floor features an open great-room layout with dining room and kitchen. The laundry room is upstairs, along with two bedrooms and the master suite.

Priced from the $310,000s, the Summer and the Winter are three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath designs. The 1,550-square-foot Summer includes an upstairs bonus room. The 1,450-square-foot Winter is highlighted by a front porch elevation.

Fall features 1,900 square feet, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The entry leads into a formal living room and dining room. The kitchen, nook and family room are an open layout. The family room can be selected as an optional fourth bedroom and full bath, while the second floor offers a bonus room. The design is priced from the $360,000s.

Models of all four plans are now open for touring.

Located at Windmill Lane and Warbonnet Way, the homes measure 1,550 to 2,350 square feet. The three- to five-bedroom homes offer 2 1/2 to three baths and are priced from the $290,000s.

The floor plans originate from the builder's new Arbor and Evergreen collections, which features studies and loft areas, in addition to options for patios and decks.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Jones Boulevard exit and go north. Continue past Russell Road. For more information, call 506-3400.
