Offering 2,303 square feet, the Golden Sky floor plan features three bedrooms, formal living and dining rooms, den, loft and 2 1/2 baths and two-car garage.
At 2,325 square feet, the Sunset floor plan is the largest floor plan in the neighborhood. Referred to as an upside down house, it features the home's main living space, including the kitchen, dining and great rooms and master bedroom, on the second floor. The first floor features two bedrooms and a bonus room. The home's entry is located midway between the two stories.
