Courtyards highlight Rosemont's style

Courtyards and European-style designs are among the attractions of homes at Rosemont, according to representatives for Toll Bros., the company building the neighborhood in Summerlin.

The neighborhood has only a few home sites remaining, according to sales agents.

Four floor plans are available: the Giardino, Westover, Avignon and Montebello.

The Giardino offers options including two sizes of patio covers, and a home office or fourth bedroom. The floor plan starts from $337,975.

An open courtyard and covered patio are two features of the Westover. A garden room overlooks the courtyard. The home also features a formal dining room connected to the kitchen by a butler's pantry. The kitchen includes an island workstation, work desk and breakfast area. In the first-floor master suite, the home features a bay window, walk-in closet, dual vanities, a separate shower with a seat, and a spa tub.
