Terraced locale enhances Seven Hills
The Seven Hills community in Henderson is highlighted by an elevated and terraced landscape that provides city, golf course and mountain views from several vantage points. A tree-lined entrance, four city parks, several neighborhood parks, walking trails and recreational opportunities are featured. Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership in the foothills of Black Mountain, about one-third of Seven Hills' 1,300 acres is dedicated to open space. Parks variously feature basketball and tennis courts, ball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds. Architectural accents reflect an Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic theme. Neighborhood entries variously feature pedestrian colonnades, columns, arches and fountains. Upon buildout, the community will comprise more than 3,000 homes, including an estimated 300 custom residences, in 25 neighborhoods. Homes priced from the mid-$200,000s are for sale in Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Meridiana by Trident Homes. Custom-home sites are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million, with some as large as an acre. Lots are available in Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
