-- The city of Henderson reports that since 1999, 64 nonhospitality, nonretail firms have set up shop in the city. These companies have occupied more than 2.5 million square feet of office and industrial space and created more than 4,500 jobs. The economic impact to date exceeds $600 million. Last year's economic development activities totaled $108.5 million with $81.5 million in new construction. -- Paragon Pools signed a contract with Hearthstone Home Builders to be the exclusive pool builder for Beacon Street, a development in Henderson. -- Carla Molina and Kathy Campbell of NAI Horizon represented Pacific Peninsula in its five-year lease of 723 square feet at 6655 W. Sahara Ave., Suite A-212, to Infinity Financial Consultants, represented by Carole S. Severe of Liberty Realty, for $84,591. -- Mike Dunn and Charles Van Geel of American Nevada Co. represented the company in the 62-month lease of 12,420 square feet at 2285 Corporate Circle, in Green Valley Corporate Center, to Bank of America for $1.63 million. Mike Dunn represented American Nevada Co. in the 36-month lease of 4,008 square feet at 2250 Corporate Circle, in Green Valley Corporate Center, to Silver State Bank for $191,500. Dunn again represented the company in its 12-month lease of 3,659 square feet at 1401 N. Green Valley Parkway, in Green Valley Corporate Center, to Vegas.com for $75,000. -- Judi Woodyard of Commercial Associates represented Kelly Services in its 61-month lease of 1,500 square feet at 3365 E. Flamingo Road from Dino Plaza for $147,751. -- Coldwell Banker Commercial's Michael Belnick represented Christina Neeley in her sale of a four-unit apartment building at 4581 Carriage Park Drive to M/M Gerardo Hipolito, represented by Adam Stark of Prudential Americana Group, for $233,000. In another transaction, Larry Singer represented both parties in Allen Kaercher's sale of 6,500 square feet at 725 S. Eighth St. to Clark County Law Foundation for $900,000. -- GVA Industrial Property Group's Bill Walsh represented Thatcher Craft Cabinets in its three-year lease of 3,300 square feet at 537 E. Brooks Ave. in North Las Vegas from Trident Homes of Nevada for $75,020. -- CB Richard Ellis' Derek Rafie and Carlton Geer represented California Hotel in its sale of a 7,500-square-foot industrial building at 714 S.
