Rhodes' staffers help needy children

Rhodes Homes' employees collected more than 500 toys for needy children in Clark County last month.

"At Rhodes Homes, we believe in making a difference in the communities that we build and call home. Our employees consistently reach out from their hearts to help make the Las Vegas Valley a better place to live," marketing manager Tawnya Motte said.

The collection was part of a community effort. More than 1,500 toys were distributed.

The builder offers nine active subdivisions valleywide.

In the northwest is The Preserve, which offers single-story homes priced from the high $200,000s.

Spanish Hills, featuring custom homes priced as high as $1 million, and The Villas, featuring two-story homes priced from the mid-$100,000s, are under construction in the southwestern valley.

At Rhodes Ranch are The Links, The Lakes, Vistana and The Falls. Prices range from the $80,000s to the $300,000s.

The Platinum and Gold Collections at Palm Hills in Henderson offer floor plans as large as 4,005 square feet.
