    Pardee Homes designed its Ultimate Family Home in Nevada Trails to be a zero-energy residence, meaning it can generate as much energy as it uses. What visitors of the southwestern valley community also should know, according to Joyce Mason, vice president of marketing, is that most of the home's technologies are available at the newest neighborhoods within the community.
