Recreation center nears completion at The Falls

A 10,000-square-foot recreation center is nearly complete at The Falls, a condominium development being built by Rhodes Homes in the southwestern valley.

"It is absolutely gorgeous," sales agent Jacque Jansen said. "It makes a very dramatic statement..."

The building will feature an exercise room, computer center, conference room, kitchen and children's area.

Outside, the development will feature three pools.

Presales are under way. Four floor plans are offered.

The Angel Falls model features one bedroom and one bath in 842 to 887 square feet. It is priced from the mid-$90,000s.

The Hidden Falls ranges from 891 to 936 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the high $90,000s.

With dual master bedrooms, the Rainbow Falls measures from 941 to 973 square feet and is priced from the low $100,000s.

Sunset Falls comes with three bedrooms and two baths, or two bedrooms and a den, in 1,186 to 1,232 square feet. Prices start from the low $120,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south to Warm Springs Road, turn west and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
