Pulte begins presales at The Vistas
Pulte Homes is accepting presales at its Hillstone and Summerfield neighborhoods in The Vistas village in Summerlin. Hillstone features all single-story homes. Floor plans range from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s. "Hillstone represents the true definition of charm and quality living," sales manager Todd Hahn said. All of the homes offer kitchens with raised-panel oak cabinets with crown molding, and Corian counter tops. Other features include finished garages with door openers, soft-water loops, rear-yard gas-barbecue stubs, and prewiring for security and audio systems. Summerfield, which will be entirely two-story homes, offers floor plans ranging from 1,540 to 1,860 square feet. Prices start from the high $100,000s. Both developments are scheduled to hold grand openings in early April. All of the homes offer the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, which certifies the homes under the Energy Star program, saving money on heating and cooling costs. The homes also come with a two-year heating and cooling cost guarantee. To visit the sales trailer for both subdivisions, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Drive, head west to Carriage Hills Drive, go south to Vista Run Drive, turn right and follow the signs. Pulte Homes Inc., based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has operations in 44 markets nationwide. Under its Del Webb brand, the company is a leading builder of age-qualified communities. It has built more than 300,000 homes.
