Rhodes Homes' Platinum Collection at Palm Hills offers upscale living in Henderson, according to sales agent Carol Friedlund.

At more than 4,000 square feet, the Plan 4005 is the largest home in the collection. It features five bedrooms, an owner retreat, loft, three baths, island kitchen and a three-car garage. It is priced from the high $290,000s.

Located near Black Mountain, the neighborhood also offers three designs from the Gold Collection.

The single-story Plan 1530 home measures 1,530 square feet and features three bedrooms, two baths and a great room. It has a den option and is priced in the low $180,000s.

Measuring 1,766 square feet, the single-story Plan 1766 home has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the mid-$190,000s.

The two-story Plan 2640 measures 2,640 square feet and features four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and an island kitchen. It can be expanded into a six-bedroom home. It is priced in the mid-$220,000s.
