KB Home reaches out to brides-to-be
KB Home offers brides-to-be a program that provides step-by-step guidance through the home-buying process. Detailed information will be available at today's Bridal Spectacular at Cashman Center at 850 N. Las Vegas Blvd. "For many people, the hardest part of buying a new home is getting started," said Leah Bryant, president of KB Home's Las Vegas Division. "We want to take the guesswork out of the process, so couples can eliminate the stress and get excited about owning their own home." Through the KB Homebuyers Club, the program offers support to new-home buyers at no charge. The process helps determine how much home a couple can afford, how couples can save for a down payment and how to prequalify for a mortgage. The service also includes a review of credit reports and credit repair. The program also helps potential buyers find their ideal home among the builder's more than 30 neighborhoods throughout the valley, based on the buyer's income, desired home size and preferred location. The Homebuyers Club is located inside the builder's design studio at 7740 Industrial Road. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road and exit west. At Industrial Road, turn right. The building is on the right, just before Warm Springs Road.
