Southern Highlands homes extolled

Kimball Hill Homes' Caparola neighborhood is attracting buyers with its flexible floor plans, standard amenities and location within the Villages at Southern Highlands, according to sales agent Sandi Boyce.

"Since opening just over a year ago, we have seen a wide range of buyers make the decision to call Caparola their new home," Boyce said.

Four two-story designs measuring from 1,854 to 2,124 square feet and with as many as four bedrooms are offered, each with room for an office, den, additional bedroom or family room.

Prices start at $208,990.

Interior amenities include upgraded wiring, a soft-water loop, niches, raised-panel doors, and maple kitchen cabinets with rollout shelves.

Homes in the gated community are being built on Z-lots, allowing for some to feature front garages and others to feature rear garages.

The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by several builders. Homes range in price from the $170,000s to the $600,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
