The fashion house of Tadashi, a world leader in unique eveningwear, has purchased two suites at The Residences at MGM Grand.
"There are other projects that will get built, but The Residences will always outshine the rest," said Curtis C. Jung, director and general counsel for Tadashi. "The developers are Turnberry and MGM Grand, and it doesn't get any better than that."

The company purchased a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom suite in Tower Two, currently under construction and one of three 40-story towers being built on the northeast end of the resort hotel's property.
"We will use the condominiums for our business, entertainment, and employees to have fun," Jung said.
Each tower will have a 24-hour front desk and concierge services, in-suite dining and guarded security entrance.
Residents will also have access to all of the hotel's amenities including five swimming pools and private cabanas, spa and treatment rooms, restaurants and retail stores.
"The center-Strip location of The Residences couldn't be more convenient," Jung added. "Plus, we can take the moving walkway to the MGM Grand, which has extraordinary amenities and even a Monorail station."
When completed, the towers will comprise 1,727 residences. Prices range from $600,000 to more than $2.5 million.
Tower One, slated for completion in June, is sold out, as is the second tower. According to director of sales Dan Riordan, Tower Three is 75 percent sold.
The condominium-hotel suites development is a joint venture between South Florida-based Turnberry Associates and MGM Grand.
The sales office, which includes a model, is located in the hotel's Studio Walk. It is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
