The southern half of The Paseos Village in Summerlin, a master-planned community is offering more than a dozen floor plans in five neighborhoods, constructed and designed by six home builders.
The Paseos is a 375-acre village located west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, at West Charleston Boulevard. The village architecture is based on Hacienda- and Mission-design elements that are reflected in clay barrel roof lines, earth-toned stucco home exteriors and outdoor living areas including courtyards, patios, decks, loggias and balconies. The village features desert landscaping.

Actively selling neighborhoods include Barcelona by Toll Brothers and Woodside Homes; Coronado by Westmark Homes; Mariposa by KB Home; Palomar by Toll Brothers; and Serrano by Toll Brothers.
Homes range from 1,305 to 4,010 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s to more than $950,000.

Since development began in 2003, more than 1,200 homes have sold and more than 3,500 residents have moved into the village.
Development milestones include the addition of several miles of trails and a community park, as well as several neighborhood parks.
The village's largest park, The Paseos Park, features 12.5-acres of junior soccer/ tee-ball fields, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a motorized toy area, a tot lot, children's play areas, an interactive water feature, picnic pavilions and open turf areas.
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., Summerlin is located along the western rim of the valley. The community is home to more than 93,000 residents and 100 neighborhood and village parks.
Homes are available in a variety of styles, from single-family homes to townhomes, condominiums and lofts. Prices begin from the high $100,000s to more than $1 million.
Custom home sites in The Ridges are priced from the $500,000s. Luxury apartment homes offer monthly rents starting from the $900s.
