Sierra offers five floor plans, ranging from 1,597 to 2,439 square feet. Residence One features three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage in a single-story design of 1,431 square feet.
Sierra Residence Two is a 1,569-square-foot, single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A fourth bedroom or den are available options.
Residence Three measures 1,977 square feet in a two-story design of four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garage. The home can be built with a den in lieu of the fourth bedroom.
Residence Five is a 2,439-square-foot design of three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den, bonus room, two-car garage plus swing garage in a two-story design. A fourth bedroom and third bath in lieu of the den and powder room can be added.
Pricing starts from $272,950 at Arrowhead and from $292,950 at Sierra.
To visit from U.S. Highway 95; exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood, then left on Sunrise Highlands Way to the models.
The sales center and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
