Trump adds upgrades to condo units

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Nearly all 1,282 condo-hotel units in Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas have been sold. Yet, during a recent visit to his Las Vegas development, Donald Trump made several upgrades.

"Not only did Mr. Trump go over each detail of the construction progress with the team, but he also looked closely at the fully-decorated models displayed in our sales office," said Jack Christie, vice president of sales and marketing. "He reviewed every facet of the models, from the living areas and bathrooms to the bedrooms."

During the inspection, Trump recommended additional changes to the models, resulting in upgrades in each of the condo-hotel's units, according to Christie.

Each unit comes completely furnished with the new upgrades to include television mirrors in the master baths.

Previously mounted on the walls, televisions are now located within the main mirror. "It is brand new technology," Christie said. "This utilizes the most current technology available, saves space and gives guests an added convenience during their stay at Trump Las Vegas."

For more information, call 877-878-6711 or visit www.trumplv.com. The sales plaza is located at 3128 Las Vegas Boulevard South, on the northwest corner of Las Vegas Strip and Fashion Show Lane.
