Pulte features Italian-style architecture at Siena Vista

Pulte Homes incorporates Southern Highlands' Tuscany theme at its Siena Vista neighborhood in the southwestern valley community.

Six single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,418 to 2,665 square feet and priced from $149,990.

"We are extremely excited about the new floor plans we're offering at Siena Vista, because they are elegant yet functional in design and appeal to home buyers of various lifestyles," Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing, said.

The single-story Villa Adorno, the smallest of the four modeled plans, features 1,662 square feet, three bedrooms, an optional den, courtyard entry, great room, owner suite, and a two-car garage with an optional extension.

The 2,299-square-foot Villa Tuscany is a two-story home with a detached two-car garage, vaulted ceilings, a formal dining room, island kitchen with nook, family room, and three bedrooms.

The two-story, 2,521-square-foot Villa Corsica includes a three-car tandem garage or a two-car garage with an optional bonus room, formal dining and living areas, family room, island kitchen with nook, three bedrooms including an owner suite, and optional fourth or fifth bedroom.

The Villa San Marino offers 2,665 square feet in a two-story design. The home features vaulted ceilings, a family room, island kitchen with nook, an owner suite, and a three-car tandem garage standard or a two-car garage with optional storage and a fifth bedroom with bath.

The builder also offers two signature single-story floor plans, the 1,418-square-foot Villa Roma and 1,547-square-foot Villa Milan, each with three bedrooms and two baths.

The homes have obtained the Engineered for Life designation for energy-efficiency.

Pulte also offers single- and two-story homes at its Cortona Hills neighborhood in Southern Highlands, where four floor plans range from 2,320 to 3,910 square feet and are priced from $217,990.

Southern Highlands is planned to include parks, trails, small lakes, schools and tree-lined streets.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road and turn right. Travel to Decatur Boulevard, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
