The Enclaves premieres at Red Rock Country Club
Sales continue at Red Rock Country Club's newest release of homes at The Enclaves neighborhood in Summerlin. According to Karin Stiles, vice president of sales, homes were first offered in The Enclaves in December, where they are located off of the community's golf course and are priced from the low $300,000s. The neighborhood is located in the southeastern corner of the country club and features one- and two-story homes in the Acacia Collection, ranging from 2,155 to 3,451 square feet. Each of the four plans offers three architectural styles -- Spanish colonial, Tuscany and Italianate. The homes feature courtyards, covered patios, optional golf cart garages and three-car garages. The builder's design studio can assist homeowners with options and upgrades. Plan 1204 in the collection is a 3,451-square-foot home in an L-shaped design with as many as five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, courtyard entry, an owner suite with retreat, media niche and optional fireplace. "Plan 1204 has been a favorite home among families because of its size and family friendly features including separate living and dining rooms, large island kitchen, family room with fireplace and media niche, three-car garage, and optional fifth bedroom," Stiles said. Acacia Plan 1102 measures 2,503 square feet with three bedrooms; 3 1/2 baths; kitchen with dining bar and nook; family room with fireplace, media niche and optional wet bar; and split three-car garage. Adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the guard-gated community offers homes priced from the $300,000s to more than $2 million. The homes measure from 2,100 to more than 8,000 square feet and offer as many as six bedrooms and four-car garages. Among the community amenities are the first of two Arnold Palmer-designed 18-hole golf courses and a golf practice facility with a double-ended driving range, putting green and chipping areas. Other shared amenities are a recently opened 44,000-square-foot main clubhouse with a pro shop, banquet facilities and dining opportunities; and an 8,000-square-foot sports club with exercise equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms and supervised children's play center. Tennis courts and an aquatic facility are also featured. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west to Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and go west. The model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Sunrise Colony Co. is also developing the age-qualified community of Siena in Summerlin.
