David Lerner found the ideal floor plan, location and lifestyle at the Red Hills condominium development in Summerlin. The former New Jersey resident said he had spent about a year in search of a new home.

"Once I saw the models at Red Hills, I knew my search was over," Lerner said. "The Hopi plan suited me perfectly, with a single-story design on the lower level; three spacious bedrooms; and a garage, which was a very important feature for me."

The guard-gated development's low-maintenance lifestyle also impressed Lerner.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Boulevard, go north to Vegas Drive and turn right. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
