Home sites available at The Estates at Seven Hills

Nearly 100 custom homes have been completed, are under construction or in the review process at The Estates at Seven Hills, according to Jack Christie, vice president of sales.

Christie said 70 percent of the home sites have been sold at the Henderson community, which will feature about 250 custom homes. Priced from the $180,000s, the home sites range from about one-quarter acre to three-quarters of an acre.

"The Estates at Seven Hills offers the unique combination of spacious home sites, a spectacular location and exceptionally competitive pricing," Christie said.

"One visit and prospective home-site buyers realize that this is a rare find in the custom-lot market. The caliber of the homes here is outstanding, including the multi-million dollar mansions created for two Street of Dreams shows and many other estate-style residences that are now completed."

According to Christie, a new home-site release includes $1 million lots larger than 1 acre.

Home sites are available in the Terracina and Venezia neighborhoods.

Lots at Terracina measure from one-quarter acre to one-half acre. Some offer views of the city and mountains, and others overlook a golf course. The neighborhood features a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Venezia's lots measure from one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre, and some also offer views of the city and mountains.

The 1,300-acre community is being developed by Silver Canyon Partnership and has allocated more than one-third of its space for parks.

Information regarding new homes and custom-home sites can be obtained at the community's sales and information pavilion, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue and go south.
