Former Nebraskans settle in Seven Hills
Former Nebraska residents Jason and Karley Williams ended their year-long search for a home at Seven Hills in Henderson. The community's landscaped open spaces impressed the couple and reminded them of their former home. "We chose Seven Hills because of the many parks, landscaped walking paths and open spaces that are here. We feel like we're far-removed from the city, yet still close enough to everything we need. It really is a great location," Jason Williams said. The Williamses chose a home in the Crescendo neighborhood by Pardee Homes. "We found a beautiful home with a large back yard that overlooks a future green belt area and walking trail," Williams said. "Just across the street from our neighborhood is Sonata Park, which really appealed to us, as we can easily walk over to enjoy a game of tennis or basketball. As an added benefit, the walking trail next to our home is interconnected to all of the pathways within Seven Hills." Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills features an Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic theme. Buyers can tour dozens of model homes and choose from more than 45 floor plans, priced from the $130,000s. Custom-home sites are priced from $180,000 to more than $1 million. Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance, Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Palermo West, Capistrano and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned. Information regarding new homes and custom-home sites can be obtained at the community's sales and information pavilion, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue and go south.
