Custom-lot sales add up at Seven Hills

Custom-home sites as large as one acre are available at Seven Hills, a Silver Canyon Partnership community in Henderson. The lots, many with city and mountain views, are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Each custom neighborhood within Seven Hills is guard-gated, and some home sites are privately gated.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold to date, and more than 120 custom homes are completed, under construction or in architectural review.

Custom neighborhood amenities include landscaped open space areas, a view park, and a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, as well as a playground.

The community's sales and information pavilion can be reached by taking Eastern Avenue to St. Rose Parkway, heading east to Seven Hills Drive, then going south about a mile. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
