Stirling Club debuts at Turnberry Place

The exclusive Stirling Club opened recently at Turnberry Place, a $650 million condominium development located one block from the Las Vegas Strip.

The 80,000-square-foot club cost $40 million, and offers residents a calendar of social events and activities, as well as fine dining, live music and fitness facilities. All residents are considered members of the club.

"It's a very social-oriented environment," sales executive John Riordan said. "The club has a lounge, a piano bar, a nightclub, a separate wine club and two main restaurants with some of the best cuisine in town."

The development provides low-maintenance living and caters to people who prefer a private club lifestyle.

"Many of our residents have owned a home in the past and don't want the upkeep anymore. Instead they want low-maintenance living with convenience at their fingertips," Riordan said. "This community offers luxury living with a variety of amenities unique to Las Vegas."

Four towers are planned for the development, which offers 10 floor plans ranging from 1,550 to 8,500 square feet. Residences are priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million.

Standard features include Italian marble spas; granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry; appliances; and private, wrap-around glass balconies with city views.

"Each residence is designed so there's a view from every window," Riordan said. "This opportunity for great views is one of the unique aspects to high-rise living."

Additional amenities include valet parking, porter service, 24-hour doorman security, concierge service, limousine service and room service.

"We have three limousines available for our residents," Riordan said. "Many of our residents who live here part of the year won't keep a car here."

Visitors to the sales pavilion can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floors of Towers One and Two. The sales office is located at 2777 Paradise Road, north of Desert Inn Road.
