After opening their sales center just four months ago, developers at Sullivan Square are already converting their first round of reservations to contracts, with more than 50 percent of the community's Madison Tower I sold, according to Kenneth Smith, president of Glen, Smith & Glen Development. Further progress on the development begins with site preparation in March.
"We have finalized our negotiated construction costs for Madison Tower I," Smith said. "This allows us to go to contract on the first tower with complete confidence. Managing construction costs is one of the most critical elements of building in Las Vegas and we are pleased that Sullivan Square has reached this significant milestone."

Madison Tower I is the development's first high-rise tower and will offer 159 units with more than 20 floor plans ranging from 600 to more than 1,800 square feet.
The towers will offer 1,300 residences in a range of design options from terraced condominiums, Chicago-style lofts, brownstones, townhomes and live/work spaces. Prices start in the mid-$400,000s.
The Sullivan Square sales center is located at 8930 Spanish Ridge Ave. and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
