Lennar's Cambria brings homes to North Las Vegas






Cambria by Lennar comes to North Las Vegas with the builder's featured Everything's Included packaging, according to vice president of sales and marketing Pam Banaszak.

"With homes from 2,129 to 3,402 square feet and pricing from the $300,000's, Cambria is a standout."

The neighborhood's four home designs include two single-story and two two-story floor plans.

The single-story Chianti offers formal and informal living spaces that separate the master suite and additional bedrooms. The 2,129-square-foot design includes four bedrooms, three baths and an island-kitchen with counter seating, dining nook and extended counter space.

The Bordalino is also a single-story design. The 2,474-square-foot floor plan includes four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The two-story Barbera model measures 3,208 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, den and bonus room. The first floor includes the living and dining rooms, kitchen and family room combination, den/study and full bath.

The Brunello is a 3,402-square-foot, two-story design with five bedrooms, four baths, den and bonus room. A covered rear patio and upper-level balcony run the full width of the home. A bedroom and full bath are included on the first floor.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Losee Road, exit south to Azure, east on Azure Ave. to Walnut Road. Or, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, west on Craig to Losee, north to Azure and east to Walnut.
