Pardee Homes has a limited number of homes available for quick move-in at its Autumn Ridge neighborhood in Aliante in North Las Vegas, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell, including a Plan Four design appointed with five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, two-car garage, den and loft, fireplace, granite kitchen countertops and master bedroom balcony.
The 4,245-square-foot home, located at home site No. 106, is situated on a lot of 9,0050 square feet and is priced at $648,775.

"Autumn Ridge is a collection of beautifully designed homes with several optional features including studio, bonus or game room, guest suite or extra bedrooms depending on the plan selected," Tuvell said. "And, home sites average 7,150 square feet at the gated community."
Located off Aliante Parkway near the Aliante Information Center and Nature Discovery Park, the neighborhood is a collection of four floor plans ranging from 2,445 to 4,522 square feet. Prices begin from $442,450 to $603,950.
The single-story Plan One measures 2,445 square feet with up to three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with a split three-car garage design, allowing the single-car garage to be used as an optional studio.
Plan Two is a 2,695-square-foot, single-story design of three bedrooms, den, three full baths, separate dining and living rooms, island kitchen with breakfast nook and an adjoining family room.
Plan Three is a two-story design of 3,386 square feet, including split three-car garage and up to five bedrooms, with one bedroom and full bath situated downstairs. The design includes up to 4 1/2 baths, separate dining and living rooms, kitchen with breakfast nook and seating at the kitchen island. An optional loft or bedroom and laundry room are located at the second-story, with the option of a balcony off of the master bath.
The 3,727-square-foot Plan Four is a two-story home opening with a rotunda entry leading to the separate living and dining rooms. An island kitchen adjoins the family room.
The five-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home features a bedroom and full-bath downstairs and a bonus room, loft, laundry room, optional master suite balcony upstairs and split three-car garage.
The neighborhood is walking distance from the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park and the community's Information Center.
