Lennar celebrates the grand opening this week of two Everything's Included developments in the Providence master-planned community in the valley's northwest.
Barrington and Westminster are guard-gated neighborhoods in proximity to community parks, schools and shopping, according to Vicki Zoot, marketing director.

"Outside, you have the Providence ambiance," Zoot said, "inside you'll discover the attractive, flexible floor plans with designer detail accents that feature volume and vaulted ceilings, architectural arches and plant shelves, plush carpeting, and ceramic tile accents at the entry and fireplace surrounds. We've selected the Providence master plan as the perfect setting."
Priced from the $300,000s, Barrington offers five floor plans from a 1,503-square-foot single-level home to two-story designs of as much as 2,697 square feet.
The Sonora and the Del Mar are single-story designs in 1,749 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. The Napa, the Sequoia and San Gabriel are the neighborhood's two-story designs. The 2,278-square-foot Napa includes three bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths. The Sequoia measures 2,421 square feet and includes four bedrooms, a loft and three baths. The 2,697-square-foot San Gabriel includes four bedrooms, a loft and three baths.
Each design features kitchens fitted with designer-selected granite counters accented by a 4-inch backsplash, upgraded black GE appliances -- including a 25.4 cubic-foot refrigerator with ice dispenser -- and raised-panel 42-inch upper cabinets with crown molding.
A washer and dryer, 2-inch faux wood window coverings, front yard landscaping and irrigation, and a prewiring package for telephone, cable, home security, home theater and ceiling fans are features in each home as a part of the builder's Everything's Included program.
Priced from the $500,000s, the Westminster neighborhood offers five floor plans.
The 3,131-square-foot, single-story Brentwood is a four bedroom, 2 1/2 bath design with formal living and dining rooms, a private master suite with dropped beam detail, retreat area and bath. Design highlights include a covered rear patio connecting to the family room and master suite. The kitchen offers bar-counter as well as center island, informal dining nook and double pantry.
The two-story Coronado measures 4,388 square feet and opens to a rotunda entry. The four-bedroom, four-bath home includes a master suite with coffered ceilings, private veranda and retreat with a bay window pop-out. The suite is further fitted with pre-plumbing for a wet bar, two walk-in wardrobe closets, bath with separate sinks and counters, built-in vanity, double-sized glass enclosed shower with seat, a dry area and oval garden tub accented by a glass-block pop-out window. The design also features a loft area and a split-design three-car garage.
The two-story San Clemente offers 4,085 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, a loft and captain's quarters with double-door entry. The 4,381-square-foot Palisades includes five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage. Each two-story floor plan in Westminster offers a bedroom and bath at the main level and as Everything's Included homes feature stainless-steel appliances, upgraded maple cabinetry, granite countertops and washer and dryer.
According to Zoot, visitors to the neighborhoods can enter to win a 42-inch plasma HD-TV and a $300 spa gift certificate, with weekly drawings throughout January.
To visit the neighborhoods, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Hualapai Way exit, turn north to Elkhorn Road, then left (west) on Elkhorn, right (north) on Egan Crest to the Welcome Home Centers. The models are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
