"C2 Lofts is introducing something totally unique to Summerlin and the valley as a whole, in terms of not just how loft owners can utilize their living space, but the unparalleled lifestyle they will share within their own living environment," Geiser said .

The two loft buildings at the development will feature a landscaped roof garden with a fire pit, fireplace, barbecues and a lounging area. Views of Red Rock Canyon will be visible. Amenities include a heated pool, two spas and a proposed fitness center. Additionally, on-site retail shops will be located on the main level of each building.

A breezeway, which is a central atrium from which all front doors are accessed, will offer an area accented by bamboo and gentle lighting, overlooked by private terraces.

An executive golf club membership to Red Rock Country Club is included with each purchase at C2 Lofts in Summerlin, entitling residents to year-round use of the golf courses, as well as the clubhouse, sports club, tennis, and swimming facilities.

Eight loft designs are available, measuring as much as 2,700 square feet. Interior features include exposed ductwork, expansive windows and ceiling heights from 10 to 12 feet in the single-story lofts and 20 feet in two-story lofts. Each loft will offer a private outdoor terrace.

Prices start from the high $600,000s.

Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, granite counters and Kohler plumbing fixtures. Customizing options include fireplaces, brick wall treatments and varied flooring and stone counters.

Each buyer also receives consultation with a design consultant.

To visit, take the Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit east on Charleston Boulevard. Turn north into the Canyon Pointe Shopping Plaza and look for the C2 Lofts Preview Center on the right.

For more information, call 425-3191 or visit www.c2lofts.com.

A C2 Lofts Upper West Side planned community will be constructed in the northwest valley, near U.S. Highway 95 and West Lake Mead Boulevard. Names for the interest list are being accepted at the C2 Lofts Web site.
