Juhl mid-rise stays on schedule, reaches fifth-level milestone
CityMark Development's juhl residential project in downtown Las Vegas is complete up to the fifth level. The developer has provided home buyers a means to view the progress of construction via webcam on the development's Web site at www.juhl-lv.com.
"We're proud to report that construction is on schedule and all key milestones to date have gone very smoothly," said Rich Gustafson, president of CityMark Development. "We have a great relationship with Turner Construction and are amazed that they can complete a floor in only 15 days."

Recent construction milestones included pouring the foundation, metal stud framing and the completion of the fourth floor slab for the high rise and mid-rise buildings and the garage.
Once construction of the fifth floor is underway, then work will proceed with columns and slabs. The developer maintains three cranes on site and more than 150 craftsman working each day.
The project will encompass 15 stories of over 100 floor plans ranging from 616 to 2,500 square feet. Residences include one- and two-level designs in live/work lofts, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, warehouse lofts, townhouses, flats and penthouses. Customizable loft styling can include optional walls and exposed mechanical and concrete surfaces.
Loft spaces are highlighted by 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and include energy efficient air-conditioning and forced air heating, high-speed Internet access and designer-selected Grohe chrome plumbing fixtures.
Kitchens include granite counters, maple cabinetry, deluxe stainless-steel appliances and private patio balconies.
The development will offer a two-level fitness center, a landscaped rooftop courtyard with pool and spa, gated underground parking and 24,000 square feet of retail space.
The residences are priced from the $300,000s.
