Milan Collection proves popular at Siena
The Milan Collection continues to be one of the most popular collections at Sunrise Colony Co.'s Siena, an age-qualified community in Summerlin, according to Jimmy Jones, vice president of sales. The collection features three single-story floor plans. The 1,235-square-foot Plan 5110 comes standard with two bedrooms, two baths, a living room with media niche, kitchen with dining bar and pantry, dining room, laundry room, covered porch, and two-car garage. Options include a hobby space in lieu of a laundry room, bay windows in the master and the secondary bedrooms, and fireplace in the living room. It is priced from $183,500. Priced from $190,500, the 1,363-square-foot Plan 5120 features two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen with breakfast nook and pantry, great room, dining room, a walk-in closet in the master bath, two linen closets, laundry room, covered porch, and two-car garage. Design options include a fireplace in the great room, wet bar in the dining room, bay window in the master bedroom, and converting the laundry room into a hobby space. Also offering two bedrooms and two baths is Plan 5130. The 1,573-square-foot design offers a den, kitchen with pantry and dining bar, great room, dining room, walk-in closet in master bedroom, laundry room, covered porch, and two-car garage. Options include converting the den into a home office, adding a bay window to the master and secondary bedrooms, and a fireplace in the great room. The home is priced from $203,750. "One of the great features of our floor plans is they were designed to allow for a great deal of flexibility, and through the Siena Design Studio, home buyers can choose from a wide range of customizing options, upgrades and interior design services," Jones said. Six Italian-themed collections offer 18 single-story floor plans at the guard-gated community. The homes measure from 1,040 to nearly 3,200 square feet and are priced from the $150,000s to the $390,000s, plus home-site premiums. "Within its guarded gates, private streets and patrolled neighborhoods, Siena's residents have access to an unparalleled variety of recreational and social activities to enjoy including golf, swimming, dancing, bocce ball, tennis, craft clubs, social organizations and much more," Jones said. "Also, with fewer than 1,980 homes planned for its 665 acres, Siena was designed to offer our residents a quaint village-like atmosphere with a density of a little less than three homes per acre for the entire community." Its 39,000-square-foot community center is anticipated to open this summer. The facility will feature a dome-shaped lobby and lounge, grand ballroom, business center, and activities and club rooms. An interim social center is open. Another amenity is the 13,500-square-foot Siena Golf Clubhouse, which anchors the 18-hole, par-72, daily-fee championship Siena Golf Club. The golf course is open to all ages, and Siena residents receive preferred rates and tee times. Also featured is a golf pro shop, The Siena Bistro, 15,900-square-foot health and fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spas, lighted tennis and bocce ball courts, wellness center, and full-service beauty salon and day spa. To visit, take Sahara Avenue or Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive and travel south to Siena Monte Avenue. Model homes are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
