Sales centers mark debut at Aliante
Pulte Homes and D.R. Horton have opened their on-site presales offices in Aliante. The 1,905-acre community is being developed by North Valley Enterprises in North Las Vegas. "This is the weekend that home buyers in North Las Vegas have been waiting for. Now, visitors are welcome to come out to the Aliante site and have a firsthand look at the distinctive design of the neighborhoods and the many community amenities that are under construction. It's a very exciting time for (us), for our builders and for people shopping for new homes in the north valley," Dan Naef, senior vice president of North Valley Enterprises, said. The community will be comprised of a primary village and an age-qualified village, and will encompass as many as 7,500 homes and 20,000 residents. The site is bordered roughly by Grand Teton Drive, Centennial Parkway, Decatur Boulevard and Clayton Street. Pulte is offering single- and two-story homes at Vialetto, where floor plans measure from 1,640 to 2,141 square feet and are priced from the $190,000s to the $220,000s; and Serenata, where designs range from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet and are priced from the low $210,000s to the $250,000s. Jeff Galindo, sales manager, said his company is delighted to be among the first to open for presales. "The location is wonderful, there is a very generous selection of home styles and the overall community design is very impressive. We are especially pleased to see how well construction of the infrastructure and community features is coming along. It is obvious that the developer is working diligently to see that everything will be in place for the home builders and their future buyers," Galindo said. The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. D.R. Horton is in presales at Manor, where homes range from 1,950 to 2,350 square feet and are priced from the $190,000s to the $230,000s; and at Estates, where designs measure from 2,550 to 3,350 square feet and are priced from the $230,000s to the $270,000s. Its third neighborhood, The Courts, is set to open for presales in February. It will feature attached homes, ranging from 1,160 to 1,590 square feet and priced from the $100,000s to the $140,000s.
