Seven Hills' finale attracts buyers
Seven Hills' custom-home site sales staff report that activity is escalating during the final phase. Sales executive Varo Gabriel said buyers are responding to the community's range of site choices, scenic and elevated location, and overall design. "People looking for the right location for their future dream homes will find ... home sites in a variety of appealing settings at Seven Hills," Gabriel said "With the recent completion of our final 20 home sites, we are offering ... golf course and fairway canyon views, as well as ... city and mountain vistas -- all set within the quiet, natural desert landscape." Home sites, some measuring as large as an acre, are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million and are located within guard-gated neighbor- hoods. More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold, with more than 150 in various stages of development. Custom-neighborhood amenities include landscaped open areas, a private view park, and private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. Additionally, there are a number of neighborhood parks and four city parks that feature basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds. To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
