Seven Hills approaches closeout

The clock is ticking as the "countdown to closeout" continues at Seven Hills in Henderson. According to Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of the 1,300-acre community, the last production-home neighborhoods are in or approaching their final phases.

"From the beginning, Seven Hills has been a popular choice for families and it has blossomed into one of the most desirable places to live in Southern Nevada. Now, the opportunity to buy a brand new home in this community is coming to an end," Dan Naef, vice president of community development for Silver Canyon Partnership, said.

"The good news, though, is there is still a great selection of homes and home sites available among our last neighborhoods. As an added benefit, our future buyers will have the convenience of moving into an established community."

Located in the foothills of Black Mountain, the community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes.

Homes priced from the mid-$200,000s are available in Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Meridiana by Trident Homes.

Custom-home sites priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million and measuring as much as an acre are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

Among the various neighborhoods, views of the valley, a golf course and mountains are featured.

About one-third of the community's acreage is dedicated to open space. Most of the neighborhoods adjoin parks and walkways. Several neighborhood and four city parks variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds, and playgrounds.

To visit the community's information pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
