-- SR Construction has completed a 15,000-square- foot, $1.6 million addition to Summerlin Hospital Medical Center.

-- Geotechnical & Environmental Services received the geotechnical engineering contract for William and Mary Scherkenbach Elementary School, located at Iron Mountain Road and Tee Pee Lane. The cost of the project is $5 million.

-- Jacqueline Young of NAI Horizon represented Liaisons Salon in its seven-year lease of 2,820 square feet at Country Club Center, located at the northwest corner of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Paseo Verde Drive, from Country Club Center for $518,736. In another transaction, Rick Dramm represented both parties in the King and Wallace Partnership's sale of 1,800 square feet at 513 S. Decatur Blvd. to Leslie Meehan for $240,000.

-- Judi A. Woodyard of Commercial Associates represented both parties in Durango Professional Plaza's 60-month lease of 3,190 square feet at 3140 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, to The Unity Church of the Desert for $361,746.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Suzette La Grange and Derek Rafie represented Waste Management in the sale of a 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 125 Cassia Way to Star Nursery for $3.7 million. In another transaction, Bill Dunbar and Jeanene McClenahan represented Trail Gate in its five-year lease of 1,126 square feet at 9691 Trailwood Drive to Puddles of Paint for $120,000. Melanie Braud represented WXI/MCN Commercial Real Estate in its three-year lease of 2,280 square feet at 1771 E. Flamingo Road to Frank Gates Service Co. for $130,000. Braud also represented Archon Group in its sale of the La Plaza Business Center, consisting of 111,288 square feet at 4220 S. Maryland Parkway, to Kaufman & Jacobs for $10.6 million. Darren Lemmon represented Wells Fargo Bank in its five-year lease of 5,042 square feet at 4425 W. Spring Mountain Road to Tek Systems for $600,000. Lemmon and Randy Broadhead represented Howard Hughes Properties in its five-year lease of 15,694 square feet at 1645 Village Center Circle to the Mego Financial Corp. for $1.9 million.

Witters and David Flynn represented Pacific Hilltop in its 60-month lease of 2,000 square feet at 2538 Anthem Village Drive to Southwest Dental & Dentures, represented by Clare O'Brien of Nevada Preferred Commercial, for $228,243. In another transaction, Witters, David Flynn and Kris Watier represented the Horizon Ridge Professional Center in its 60-month lease of 5,000 square feet at 2298 Horizon Ridge Parkway to Maximum Realty, dba Century 21 Maximum Anthem Hills, for $517,354.

-- Colliers International's Scott Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented Cactus II Investments in its sale of 2.5 acres at the northwest corner of Gomer Road and Grand Canyon Drive to Austin, Lawyer and Bullock Family Trust for $300,000. In another transaction, Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented WSL Properties in its 36-month lease of 4,315 square feet at 7260 Industrial Road, Suite 900, to Supertech Enterprises for $105,396. DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov represented Koll Valley View in its 48-month lease of 3,814 square feet at 6285 S.
