Sage Hills townhome fits buyer's lifestyle
Kris Lingle awaits the completion of her new Pulte townhome at Sage Hills, a development located within The Vistas village in Summerlin. The home is slated for completion in February. Lingle, originally from Los Angeles, moved to Las Vegas last year and began looking to purchase a home. From the beginning, she knew what she wanted. "As soon as I saw Pulte homes, I wanted nothing more than to own one myself," Lingle said. Lingle said she was impressed by the quality and standard features the company offers. She purchased the 1251 plan, a single-story townhome measuring 1,251 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. "I fell in love with the layout of the 1251 plan," Lingle said. "The floor plan is small but cozy and perfect for my lifestyle." Her favorite features, she said, are the kitchen for its size and standard features, and the bay window in the master bedroom. "I really enjoy the idea of sitting in front of the large bay window that overlooks the oversized back yard," Lingle said. "And I just love the quality of this home." The fact that the development is gated was another factor, as was the community pool and the maintenance-free landscaping offered. The development offers single-story townhomes in floor plans ranging from 1,251 to 1,613 square feet. Designs offer two or three bedrooms, some with dens or fourth bedrooms, plus attached two-car garages. Among the standard amenities are upgraded appliances including ranges, dishwashers, exterior vent microwaves and refrigerators; raised-panel cabinets; under-cabinet lighting; and prewiring for high-speed Internet access and theater-style audio sound in great rooms. In addition, a security system with one-year free monitoring service, garage door openers with digital keypads, covered rear patios and stuccoed eaves are included. Prices start from $191,990 to $217,990. All of the homes come with the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, which is recognized by the Energy Star program and comes with a two-year heating and cooling cost guarantee. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Drive, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, head south to Park Vista Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Pulte Homes Inc., based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has operations in more than 44 markets nationwide. Under its Del Webb brand, the company is the nation's leading builder of age-qualified communities. The company has built more than 300,000 homes.
