Interest in Southern Highlands remains
Southwest Homes' San Sevino neighborhood is attracting buyers with its floor plans, views and location at the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley. "Interest in San Sevino has been tremendous," President Todd Slusher said. "The community offers spacious floor plans, a variety of amenities and gorgeous views of the city, surrounding mountains and the Southern Highlands golf course." More than 50 homes have sold since the gated neighborhood opened. A limited number of home sites overlooking the community's championship golf course are available. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. Five designs measuring from 2,735 to 4,744 square feet are offered. They are priced from $412,990 to $487,990 and offer optional 551-square-foot casitas. The Galileo, which measures 2,735 square feet, and the Dante, which measures 3,104 square feet, are single-story designs with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and three-car garages. As many as five bedrooms are featured in the Leonardo floor plan. The two-story home measures 3,598 square feet and has 3 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. The Donatella is a two-story floor plan measuring 4,240 square feet. It has six bedrooms, a loft, study, 4 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. At 4,744 square feet, the two-story Francesca is the largest design offered. It features a downstairs master suite, five bedrooms, a library, media room, loft, 3 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by several builders; homes range in price from the $170,000s to the $600,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
