Turnberry tower nears completion

Several 4,000-square-foot residences remain in the third tower at Turnberry Place, a luxury-condominium development in Las Vegas.

The 40-story tower is set to be completed in the spring.

Available residences, priced from $1.8 million, feature Italian marble spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gaggenau appliances, and wraparound glass balconies, sales executive John Riordan said.

Ten floor plans also are available in the 15-acre development's fourth and final tower, which recently began sales and is scheduled to start construction later this year. They are priced from $550,000 to more than $5.25 million.

"Tower Four will have some of the most spectacular views and residences to accommodate those looking for five-star VIP service and amenities," Riordan said. "We sold 50 residences in less than three weeks. The response has been tremendous as people realize this is their last chance to own a residence at Turnberry Place."

Upon completion, the development will have 800 units.

All residents are members of the Stirling Club, a $40 million private club that features an anti-aging spa, fitness center with a virtual reality system, Pilates studio, beauty salon, saunas, steam baths, and indoor and outdoor pools. Additionally, there is casual and fine dining, a nightclub, piano lounge and tennis courts.

The guard-gated development also offers valet parking, 24-hour security, concierge service, limousine service and room service.

Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from the 27th floor of two towers in the sales pavilion at 2777 Paradise Road.

It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Florida-based Turnberry Associates was founded in 1967 and develops commercial and residential property.
