Esprit agent touts value of condos
Condominiums have become an attractive alternative for buyers in Las Vegas as home prices have increased, according to Nick Trost, a sales agent at the Esprit at Stonegate condominium complex. The development on the east side of the valley offers homes priced from $98,900. Trost said pricing is the lure, but buyers are more impressed once they visit. "Our main attraction is the mature landscaping," he said. "People love the tall trees and the park-like atmosphere of the grounds here at Esprit." The complex includes two clubhouses, one with a fitness room; two swimming pools and spas; two playgrounds; benches; and barbecues. Three floor plans are available, offering enclosed balconies or patios, washer and dryer hookups, and round and arched windows. Ceiling fans with lights are included in all dining rooms. Homeowners receive covered parking. Second-story homes have wood-burning fireplaces and skylights in the owner suites. Select floor plans offer greenhouse windows. The two-bedroom, two-bath Spirit floor plan is 960 square feet and starts at $98,900. The two-bedroom, two-bath Aurora floor plan measures 970 square feet. It is priced from $100,900. Eclipse is a three-bedroom, two-bath floor plan. It measures 1,200 square feet and is priced from $118,900. Several financing packages are available, including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1-down loans. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Boulder Highway, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard, then head north to Vegas Valley Drive, head east, past Nellis Boulevard, and turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
