Lennar Homes showcases floor plans for one single-story and three two-story designs at its Clermont neighborhood, located within Anthem Highlands in Henderson.
The homes range from 1,819 to 3,181 square feet, and are featured in three on-site models to be completed by the end of February.

The Provence is a single-story home with three bedrooms, a den, two full baths, covered patio and a three-car garage. The home is priced from $454,990.
The two-story St. Tropez measures 1,898 square feet, and contains three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a two-car garage, covered patio and balcony. The home is priced starting from $469,990.
Measuring 2,302 square feet is the Biarritz, which contains five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, three-car garage, patio and balcony. It is priced from $494,990.
The Marseille measures 3,181 square feet and offers five bedrooms, three baths, patio, balcony, and a three-car garage. It is priced from $559,990.
Each home comes with the home builder's "Everything's Included" package. Among the list of incentives are granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, maple stair railings and spindles, patios and balconies, wiring for ceiling fans throughout the home, and gas fireplaces.
"We are an exceptionally located community," sales consultant Emma Lopez said. "This is in an up-and-coming area close to the Sloan Canyon Preservation, which includes trails for hiking."
The neighborhood is a 16-phase development with 117 homes planned, designed to appeal to young professionals and families, Lopez said.
"Also important to the community is the fact that there are two golf courses within Anthem Highlands," she said. "There's a 20-acre park nearby which includes a soccer field, basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball diamonds."
To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Highlands Parkway, make a right on Bicentennial, a left on Anthem Highlands Drive, another left on Democracy, and then right on Craigevare Street.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at noon.
