Spanish View Tower Homes, a development of three 18-story condominium towers under construction, recently completed its design center at its 15-acre site south of the Las Vegas Beltway, just west of Buffalo Drive.
The 2,000-square-foot design center is located at the new Prudential Americana Group Realtors' offices at 8337 W. Sunset Road, Suite 300.

Prudential agents Jeannine Cutter and David Berg are handling sales for the 444-unit complex in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.
On display are samples of fixtures, flooring, paint coloring, lighting and custom furnishings.
Additionally, buyers can access a computer image of their selected floor plan and request a wall to be moved or a color palate to be changed.
"A design center is not unusual," Cutter said. "What is unusual is a qualified designer with years of experience, nationally and internationally, available to assist the client through every aspect of home design and the consulting service is included in the home purchase."
Northern Calif.-based Jessica Hall Associates is the interior designer for the project.
"A client can choose to utilize Jessica and her team for one aspect of their home design or to design the entire home," Cutter said. "We made the decision to work with (them) for many reasons, but in particular we both remain committed to providing the client with their dream."
The guard-gated property has 11 floor plans available, ranging from 1,835 to 9,500 square feet with one to four bedrooms. Prices start from $795,000.
Resident amenities include a health, wellness and fitness center; four tennis courts; three putting greens; two enclosed pool and spa areas; four floors of climate-controlled parking, with a minimum of two parking spaces per home; and salon, day spa and tanning facilities.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Wednesdays, when it opens at 1 p.m.
