 Richmond American debuts Sterling Court II

Sterling Court II celebrates its grand opening today in the southwestern valley. The doors to four new models will open to visitors and refreshments will be provided by the builder, Richmond American Homes. The festivities begin at 11 a.m.
Pardee kicks off limited-time incentive program at Vista Verde

A limited number of residences are nearly completed and ready for move-in at Vista Verde, a Pardee Homes community in the northwestern valley. Buyers of these select homes are offered financial incentives on a house-to-house basis through Saturday, Jan. 22, according to Rob Tuvell, sales director.
