New home sites released at Lamplight Estates
A new phase of home sites has been released in Lamplight Estates at Centennial Springs, a Carina Corp. neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas. The neighborhood's traditional design is complemented by several amenities, according to Rick McCarty, general manager. "Front porches on each home offer a feeling of openness and connectivity between neighbors. Tree-lined streets and lush private parks provide the backdrop for community activities, and individual gas lamplights provide a natural soft ambiance for every home," he said. Shared amenities within the gated neighborhood also include lighted tennis courts, walking paths, picnic areas, playgrounds and a recreation center. Homes range from 2,720 to 5,236 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, and are priced from $246,990 to $340,990. All home sites measure a minimum of one-quarter acre. Options include wine cellars, wet bars, customized stone fireplaces, and basements. Also available are granite counter tops, commercial grade gas ranges, and built-in entertainment centers. To visit the neighborhood, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Tenaya Way then north to Farm Road, and follow the signs. The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Wednesday, when they open at 1 p.m.
