Family impressed by Seven Hills

Steve and Linda Lee recently found the ideal home for their family at Crescendo, a Pardee Homes neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

"The most important factor in our choosing Seven Hills was the beauty of the community," Linda Lee said. "We love all of the parks, the open space and the landscaping. As an avid walker, I especially enjoy the walking paths and interconnecting trail system."

The couple's home search had been concentrated in the southeastern valley.

"I feel like I could be a real estate agent," Lee said. "I am familiar with every single model home and what each builder offers throughout the entire area. We were pleased with the selection we found at Seven Hills, and since buying our home, we've been very happy with the quality and the service we received from Pardee Homes."

The Lees' enthusiasm was eventually shared by their relatives.

"When our relatives visited Seven Hills and saw all that it had to offer, they loved it here, too," Steve Lee said. "My brother bought a home in Presidio, and my sister and parents have moved into Riviera, which are also neighborhoods built by Pardee Homes. We are all enjoying our new homes and the great lifestyle we found here at Seven Hills."

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills' offerings include single-family homes priced from the $130,000s and estate homes priced from the $330,000s. Buyers can tour dozens of model homes and choose from more than 45 floor plans.

Custom-home sites are also available and priced from $180,000 to more than $1 million.

Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance, Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Palermo West, Capistrano and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Meridiana by Trident Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.; and Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is in the planning stage.

The community features an Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic theme. More than one-third of the community's 1,300 acres has been allocated for parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds.

The community is home to four city parks.

The sales and information pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about half a mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.

The pavilion is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
