First tower complete at Turnberry Place
Construction on Tower One at Turnberry Place is complete, and closings on residences have begun. The developer, Turnberry Associates, expects all 185 units in Tower One to close by the end of February. When complete, the $600 million condominium complex will comprise four 40-story residential towers and the private, 70,000-square-foot Stirling Club. Priced from $450,000 to more than $4.5 million, buyers can choose from two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,550 to more than 8,000 square feet. Sales are under way at Tower Two, with 130 of its 175 residences sold, according to sales executive John Riordan. Tower Two is under construction and scheduled for completion in spring 2002. Tower Three will be introduced to the market this month. "Though we have sold more than 315 residences in the past two years, I anticipate the sales pace will continue to increase when the Tower One residents begin to move in and when the Stirling Club is completed this spring," Riordan said. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model home that simulates both day and night views as seen from the 20th floors of Towers One and Two. The complex is located at 2777 Paradise Road, just north of Desert Inn Road. The sales pavilion is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
