Pardee touts Acacia model

Builder declares floor plan popular among buyers

Pardee Homes' Acacia Plan Four continues to be well-received at the Nevada Trails community in the southwest valley, according to the builder.

"Acacia Plan Four is a great house with a dramatic curved staircase, unique dining room, spacious family room, living room and kitchen plus a downstairs bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and full bath," said Ray Landry, sales director.

"Upstairs, the home has an open loft, laundry room, second and third bedrooms and large master bedroom and master bath."

The home measures 3,314 square feet in a two-story design with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft and two-car plus swing garage.

Variations of the model in Plan Four A and B offer a front balcony, while Plan Four C features a stone veneer.

Plan Four is priced from $560,450.

Other homes in the neighborhood include Plan One, a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths, and two-car plus swing garage that can be built as an optional workshop. A den option is available. The home measures 1,990 square feet and is priced from $456,200.

Plan Two is also a single-story home with three bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths and tandem two-car garage.

The garage can be built as an optional bedroom, exercise room or additional master bedroom closet. The home is 2,459 square feet and is priced from $492,200.

Plan Three is 2,734 square feet and offers four bedrooms, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, three baths, three-car garage and an optional casita. It is priced from $516,450.

All homes merit the Energy Star label for exceeding energy efficiency standards by at least 30 percent, according to independent consultants.

The builder has designated 23 acres for parks and trails.

To visit Nevada Trails, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right.

The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m.

One of the West's largest and longest-established home builders, Pardee has built homes for more than 30,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.

The company has developed several master-planned communities, including Spring Valley, Rancho Las Palmas, Eldorado and Nevada Trails.
