Eleven models open at Pardee's Nevada Trails

With three neighborhoods and 11 model homes in a park-like setting, Pardee Homes' Nevada Trails community offers a range of choices for home buyers in southwest Las Vegas.

Complementing the neighborhoods -- Saddle Peak, Silver Tree and Manzanita -- will be 13 acres of parks and 10 acres of trails.

All homes in the community are designed and built for energy efficiency, and feature the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise designation.

"These energy-efficient homes are cooler in the summer, warmer in winter and quieter by design," Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales, said.

Saddle Peak, a gated neighborhood, offers three single-story floor plans, ranging from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. Features include courtyard entries and island kitchens, and several options are available, per plan, including courtyard fireplaces, covered patios, sun rooms, secondary owner suites and home office packages.

"The homes live larger than their ample square footage implies, thanks to the outdoor extensions provided by the courtyard, patio and sun room options," Landry said.

Prices start from $249,950 to $270,450.

Buyers can choose from four floor plans at Silver Tree, where prices start from $201,950 to $256,950. The homes measure from 2,000 to 3,844 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage. Two-car garages are also available.

Features include formal living and dining rooms, family rooms, and great rooms. Exterior stone veneers, balconies, extended bonus rooms and workshops are optional.

Manzanita's floor plans range from 1,414 to 2,566 square feet and can be built with as many as five bedrooms, two or three baths, and a two- or three-car garage. Prices range from $166,450 to $280,450.

Landry said the location of Nevada Trails is ideal.

"You can retreat from the pace of the city in this spectacular setting with a backdrop of the Spring Mountain range," he said.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, drive one mile south to Robindale Road then turn right into the community. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Over 50 years in Southern Nevada, Pardee Homes has built more than 25,000 homes since 1952. The company is the developer of the Spring Valley, Rancho Las Palmas and Eldorado communities.
