KB Home plans three new neighborhoods

KB Home plans to open models next month at three new neighborhoods in the southern part of the Las Vegas Valley. Presale pricing is in effect at each site until the openings, according to the builder.

Single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,251 to 2,038 square feet and priced from the low $100,000s. Options for dens, lofts and game rooms are available.

Silverado Pines is located in the Silverado Ranch area, and features five floor plans with two or three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage.

Information can be obtained in the nearby Silverado Springs sales office. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south. Turn right at Silverado Ranch Boulevard, proceed to Spencer Street then turn left. Turn left again at Dave Street.

The Desert Willows neighborhood is located within the Southern Highlands master-planned community in the southwestern valley. Buyers can choose from seven floor plans with two to four bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, head west to Jones Boulevard then go south about 2 1/2 miles to Haleh Avenue and turn right.

Eldorado Pines, another southwestern neighborhood, features five home designs with two to five bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, head north to Russell Road and turn right. At Jones Boulevard, turn left.

All sales offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Friday, when they open at 11 a.m.

The builder offers one-stop shopping at the KB Home Studio, a 22,000-square-foot design center located at 7440 S. Industrial Road, Suite 201, just south of the Warm Springs Road intersection The builder's full-service mortgage company, KBMC, is located next door.

Another service offered by the builder is its Homebuyers Club, which assists potential buyers by offering free credit reports, a review of their financial situation and credit counseling.
