Buyer enjoys selling, living at The Fairways
Annette Baity-Spotts' firsthand knowledge of Pulte Homes as a sales agent at The Fairways neighborhood influenced her decision to buy a home there with her husband, Russell Spotts. "In the four years that I have been with Pulte, I've recognized and incorporated the commitment and philosophy ... that only Pulte Homes can deliver," Baity-Spotts said. "It is because I see and know firsthand the way Pulte builds its homes and treats its customers that my husband and I chose to become Pulte homeowners ourselves." The neighborhood, which is located within the guard-gated Stallion Mountain community in the southeastern valley, features single-story homes, gas lamplights, pocket parks and landscaped streets. The designs range from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet and offer three or four bedrooms, two-car garages, recreation and hobby room options, front-yard landscaping, and covered front porches and/or courtyards (per plan). Prices start from $174,990. "The location and beauty of The Fairways neighborhood and the gated golf course community are just a few of the reasons that we chose to purchase our Pulte home here. Not only do we love the floor plan we chose, but it also has great curb appeal," Baity-Spotts said. "We also love the Pinehurst plan because of the long-term livability of the home. There is plenty of space for our two dogs, and space for any life changes that may occur (such as children)." The neighborhood offers a Pine Needles plan with immediate occupancy. The 1,970-square-foot, four-bedroom home features upgrades and an oversized lot and is available for $218,700. The builder is also developing two other neighborhoods in Stallion Mountain. At The Links, single-story floor plans offer two to four bedrooms or an optional den, and two-car garages. They measure from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet and are priced from $141,990. Residents may access a community swimming pool, a private recreation center, and a park with a gazebo and barbecues. Front-yard landscaping maintenance is included. The Greens at Stallion Mountain features homes measuring from 2,476 to 2,881 square feet with circular dining areas, casitas, great rooms, low dividing walls in living areas, as many as three-car garages, and covered front porches and/or courtyard (per plan). The neighborhood is priced from $244,990. Homes at all three neighborhoods include ceramic-tile entries, textured ceilings and walls, and a 10-year transferable warranty. They also offer the Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal, and a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community's entrance. The model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon. Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, is developing 12 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.
