Sales under way at Toll Bros.' Monterossa

Home buyers have responded favorably to Monterossa, a new European-style neighborhood by Toll Bros. in Summerlin, according to Gary Mayo, vice president of the builder's Las Vegas Division.

"The home buyer response to Monterossa has been incredible," Mayo said. "Because of the ideal location and the beauty and quality of the homes available, Monterossa has become Toll Bros.' fastest selling new community."

Upon completion, the gated neighborhood will include 121 home sites. One single-level and three two-story floor plans are available. The Vasari, Bellini, Trapani and Botticelli designs measure from 2,120 to 3,100 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000s.

Each home is designed with a courtyard, foyer and owner suite. Options include a casita and bonus room.

The neighborhood is located in The Vistas village. Planned amenities include a gazebo, paseo park and private park.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue and head west. Turn left on Carriage Hill Drive and then turn left on Park Vista Drive. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The builder is currently developing more than 150 neighborhoods in 21 states.
